Accept and resolve.
MONDAY by ARCH
Reaching the end of the year will be always rewarding, but how many things remained unsolved? It may seem that this question is a burden you have to carry, but it is not like that. Last weeks of the year will always allow us to check those unsolved things, but also closing working and project cycles.
Likewise, it is important that we realize how the “new normality” allows us to leave some bad habits behind that may not deliver to our productivity any longer, or they are even considered as an obstacle when working.
We have to accept that the world has changed and we have to resolve all of the remaining things. We have to find a new approach to go out and sell things, we have to look for new tools allowing us to become productive every day. We have to discover how we can turn things around that we used to consider unique to improve day by day. In the end, you have to remember that not only the finish line is important, but also the way.
